Farnoush Hashempour holds M.S. degrees in both Environmental Science and Policy, and Natural Recourses Engineering. She has over ten years of research experience in environmental-related fields. She also possesses a business administration certificate and benefited from adaptation of Toastmasters and Professional Development workshops including Myers-Briggs, Communications, Stress/Time Management, Work Ethics, Workplace Respect, and Foundation of Leadership.

Arzhang "AJ" Zamani, PhD, PE

Dr. Arzhang Zamani has 8+ years of experience in structural engineering focusing on analyzing and designing structures, performing load ratings, inspecting structures, and managing construction projects for various structures, including but not limited to bridges, tunnels, cast-in-place concrete cantilever retaining walls, and post & panel (with & without tiebacks) retaining walls. His specialty is bridge structures and geotechnical engineering. He has extensive experience performing different testing for soil, concrete, and pavement.
